" in length by almost 3" tall and comes in a plastic currency holder)
meant to appear as an "official" Iraqi dollar bill

This faux paper currency features Saddam Hussein on an "official" looking Iraqi dollar bill on one side and a "surrender" message/note on the reverse side which basically says "Surrender, why fight for Saddam?" These "surrender" leaflet/fliers were dropped in Iraq and Kuwait during the Persian Gulf War.
