1990 US Navy Chief Petty Officer Retirement Plaque. I picked up this plaque at a local SC flea market with some other Navy items. Is signed by the Command Master Chief and dated 31 Jan 1990. The signature and date are faint but legible. A great piece to add to the Navy collection. Look at photos closely for condition since they are of the exact item you will receive.
