REPUBLIC OF IRAQ Dress Uniform INSIGNIA (1 PAIR) - SADDAM HUSSEIN ERA
I believe these were were dress uniform insignia for Iraq's band / music corps.  If you're actively collecting, you know the deal.  These are/were exceptionally cool in my book.
