Israel May 1948 Doar Ivri stamps used as revenues on insurance document

Israel May 1948 - Very interesting, Insurance policy notice of cancellation mailed May 9 1948 by the Yorkshire insurance company Haifa branch  to Arab resident in Haifa, cancelling his policy due to riots risks (and actually riots took place between Arabs & Jews in Haifa during the early stages of 1948 war of independence). Total of 90 Mils of Doar Ivri stamps used as revenues, paste at bottom, Arabic signed & with dater handstamps May 20 1948. This scarce document with some folds , otherwise in excellent condition.  Great item for the revenue collector.
