    Description

    new old stock but along the way got dirty .  not every one will be exactly the same area or dirt, but i think this photo is  representative of the dirt.  made in usa in 1991 by cambria county assn for the blind & handicapped. called "panel signal VS-17/GVX" i believe these where used on decks of aircraft carriers. 4 elasticized drawstrings on all corners.  hot pink on one side  and orange on the other panel is  19" wide and  approx 68" long. in us, one can go first class mail.  2 will have to go padded flat rate, please choose correct post.
