Pre owned My issued Desert Storm Hat, some minor stains please see picture. Used in Desert Storm in the 90’s by me you can still see part of my name inside Kopp in black marker on the tag. Measured about 22.5 inch around inside the rim of hat not adjustable. Has a chin strap adjustable.I will ship it in a shipping bag.
