This sale is for a Boy Scout pennant from 1950 Valley Forge National Jamboree. The pennant is 25" long and made of felt. As you can see the condition is not very good. The blue color is all but gone. It is frayed along the edges and the tip rough. The lettering and the image look decent. This will be shipped rolled.
