Up for Offer is a rare paper parade fan supporting our troops during Operation Desert Storm. This was likely handed out during a parade to help keep the audience cool while supporting the troops. Most of these would have likely been disposed of after the event making this survivor a rare and great patriotic piece of memorabilia.
